In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15-B of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government hereby makes the following amendment in notification No. F-10/15/2012/CT/V (20) dated 31-03-2012:-

AMENDMENT

In schedule of the said notification, in column (2) against S.No. 9 for the present entry "Plywood and laminates' the new entry "Plywood, laminates, particle board, hard board, block board, Medium Density Fibre (MDF) board, veneer and insulated board" shall be substituted.

2. This amendment with effect from the date of publication in official gazette.
