In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 21 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), I, Khemraj, Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Rajasthan, Jaipur, being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby make the following amendment in this department's Notification No.F. 16 (375) Tax / VAT / CCT / 06-644 dated July 5, 2012, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification for the existing expression "31st July, 2012" the expression "31st August, 2012" shall be substituted.
