In exercise of the powers conferred by first proviso to sub-section (2) of Section 57 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the Stale Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this department's notification No. F-A-3-8-2010-1-V (53), dated 20th April 2010, namely

AMENDMENT

In the Table, in column (2), after serial number 3, the following serial numbers and entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely :—

" 4 Marble

5 Granite

6 Coal including coke in all its forms but excluding charcoal

7 Pan masala and gutka".
