In exercise of the powers conferred by first proviso to sub-section (2) of Section 57 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the Slate Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this department's notification No. F-A-3-195-2005- 1-V(25) dated 31st March 2006 namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the table, in column (2), after serial number 11, the following serial number and entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely :-

"11-A. Coal including coke in all its forms but excluding charcoal".
