In notification No. F-10-56/2006/CT/V (46) dated 28-04-2006 issued by the State Government in pursuance of the requirement under entry 60 of part-II of Schedule-II of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the goods specified in the Schedule below are added as " Industrial Input", namely,-

2. This notification shall come into force from the date of publication in official gazette.
