In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 15 of Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 the Governor of Bihar is pleased to amend notification number S.O. 45, Dated the 4th May, 2006 issued by the Commercial Taxes Department in the following way, namely-

Amendment

1. The Table appended to notification number S.O. 45, Dated the 4th May, 2006 issued by the Commercial Taxes Department shall be substituted by the following Table:-

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of issue.
