In exercise of powers conferred by Departmental S.O. No. 116 dated 4th July 2012 , the Commissioner hereby direct that the provision of rule specified in column (2) of the Table appended hereto shall come into force with effect from the date specified in the corresponding column no (3) of the said Table:

1	Sub Rule (2) of Rule 41of the Bihar Value Added Tax Rule 2005 read with Sub Rule (1) of Rule 41 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Rule 2005.	4th day of July 2012.

2. This notification shall apply to all consignments exceeding Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) in value being brought into the State from any places out side the State.
