In exercise of the powers under sub-section ( 1) of section 3-A of the Uttar Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2008 (U.P. Act no. 5 of 2008) read with section 21 of the Uuar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904). the Governor is pleased to make with effect from July 01, 2012, the following amendment in Government notification no.-KA.NI.-2-419/XI-9(l)/08-U.P.Act-5-2008-Order-(69)-2011 dated March 31. 2011 :-

AMENDMENT

In the Table to the aforesaid notification, the entry at serial number 6 shall be omitted.
