Body Notification No. S.O. 104, dated 26th June 2012-

In exercise of the powers conferred under subsection (1) of section 60 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act 27/2005) read with Rule 40 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Rules 2005, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to set up check posts to prevent evasion of tax payable under the said Act at the following places:-

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of its issue.
