In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 41 of Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendments in Departmental Notification no. S.O. 50 dated 22nd June, 2005, namely-

Amendments

1. The figure and word "5 percentum" shall be substituted for the present entries in column number (3) of serial number 2 of the said notification.

2. The figure and word "5 percentum" shall be substituted for the present entries in column number (3) of serial number 3 of the said notification.

3. This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of its issue.
