In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Value Added Tax (Fourth Amendment) Act, 2012 (Tamil Nadu Act 19 of 2012), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the 19th day of June 2012, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
