In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15-A of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government hereby makes the following amendments:-

AMENDMENT

In the present entry of part-II of Schedule-II of the said Act, in S.No. 63 "IT product including computers, telephones and teleprinter and wireless equipment and part thereof, DVD, CD" the new entry "IT Products as notified by the State Government" shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall come into force from the date of publication in official gazette.
