Body NOTIFICATION No.F. 12 (15)/FD/Tax/12-7, Dated 23rd April, 2012.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3A) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in Schedule II appended to the said Act, with effect from 20.04.2012, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule II appended to the said Act, after the existing serial number 59 and entries thereto, the following new serial number and entries thereto shall be added, namely :-

" 60	Registered dealer selling stainless steel flats to the registered dealers of the State for use in manufacturing of stainless steel sheets and/or circles.
