In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of section 20 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this department's notification No. F-A-3-34-2010-1-V(82) dated 28.12.2011, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, for the figure and word "30th April, 2012", the figure and word "30th June, 2012" shall be substituted.
