In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 26-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby notifies Til, which is purchased on or after the date of coming into force of this notification, for the purpose of said sub-section.

2. This Notification shall come into force from 1st April, 2012.
