In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,-

(xviiib) "Firm" means a firm as defined in the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 (Central Act 9 of 1932) and includes a limited liability partnership as defined in the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (Central Act 6 of 2009).
