Body NOTIFICATION No. 12(5) FD/Tax/2011-90 Dated 21st February, 2012

In exercise of the Powers conferred by sub-section (3A) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in Schedule-II appended to the said Act, with effect from 27.12.2011, namely:-

In Schedule-II appended to the said Act, after the existing serial number 56, the following new serial No. 57 and entries there to shall be added, namely:
