In exercise of the power conferred by section 114 of the West Bengal Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (West Ben. Act XXXVII of 2003), as subsequently amended, the Governor is pleased hereby to make the following amendment in this department notification No. 1539-F.T., dated the 17th October, 2011, published in the Kolkata Gazette, Extraordinary, Part-I, dated the 17th October, 2011 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification) :

Amendment

In the said notification, in paragraph 2, in clause (c) for the words, figures and letters "1st day of December, 2011" substitute the words, figures and letters "24th day of January, 2012".

2. This notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
