In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28 of the Madhya Pradesh Vritti Kar Adhiniyam, 1995 (No. 16 of 1995), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in the Madhya Pradesh Vritti Kar Niyam, 1995, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said rules, in rule 26,-

(i) in sub-rule (1), for clause (ii), the following clauses shall be substituted, namely :-

"(i) by post, or

(ii) by courier, or

(iii) by e-mail with digital signature:";

(ii) in sub-rule (4), for the words "by post, the service shall be deemed to be effective if the notice has been properly addressed and sent by registered post acknowledgement due", the words "by post or by courier or by e-mail with digital signature and in case of by post service it shall be deemed to be effective if the notice has been properly addressed and sent by registered post acknowledgement due.".
