In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in this Department's notification No. F.12(22)FD/Tax/2010-86 dated 09.03.2010. namely:-

AMENDMENTS

In the said notification, after the existing expression "hereby exempts" and before the existing expression "from tax payable", the expression ", with effect from 01.04.2006, " shall be inserted
