Body NOTIFICATION No S.R.O. No.1028/2011 No.52010–CTA-7/11/F Dated 8th December, 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 102A of the Orissa Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Orissa Act 4 of 2005), the State Government do hereby make the following amendment to the Schedule C to the said Act, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule C, after serial No. 4, the following serials and the entries against them shall be inserted under appropriate columns, namely:-

"5	Tobacco and its products other than unmanufactured tobacco, beedis and tobacco used in manufacture of beedis.	25%
6	Unmanufactured tobacco, beedis and tobacco used in manufacture of beedis"	10%
