In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act. 2003 (Act No. A of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in Schedule 1 appended to the said Act, namely: -

AMENDMENT

In Schedule I appended to the said Act, in column number 3 against serial number 127, after the existing expression "Charitable institution" and before the existing punctuation mark the expression "on or after 01-04-2006" shall be inserted.
