In exercise of the power conferred by section 16 of the Tripura Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Tripura Act No. 1 of 2005) State Government hereby changes the rate of the items of the schedule II (c) appended to the Act as under:

In Schedule II (c) of Tripura Value Added Tax Act, 2004, from 1% to 2% for the items Gold, Silver and other precious Metals under Sl.. No. l, Articles of gold, silver and precious metals including jewellary made from gold, silver and precious metals under Sl. No. 2 and Precious stones under Sl No. 3.

This will take effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the official gazette.
