Notification No. F-10- 180 /2007/CT/V ( 46 ) Dated 7th September, 2011

Whereas, the State Government is satisfied that it is necessary so to do in public interest;

Now, therefore, the State Government hereby rescinds the notification No. F-10/180/2007/CT/V (46) dated 10-12-2007 issued earlier under S.No. 8 of Schedule-III under the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005).

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of publication in official gazette.
