In exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 20-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government hereby, extends the date of filling of returns/revised returns, as specified in sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of the said sub-section, pertaining to the year 2010-2011 with an interest of 0.5% per month, which shall be in addition to the interest payable in accordance with the provision of clause (a) of sub-section (4) of Section 18, up to 30th September 2011.
