MADHYA PRADESH VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2002 - NOTIFICATION

Body Notification No. FA-3-l-2010-l-V-(66). Dated 6th September, 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 3 and Section 3 A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, appoints the officers mentioned in column (2) of the table below as Appellate Authority specified in column (3) and specify that such officers shall exercise all the powers and perform all the duties conferred or imposed on the Appellate Authority by or under this Act in respect of the appeals arising out of the orders passed by the Assistant Commercial Tax Officer, Commercial Tax Officer and Assistant Commissioner of Commercial Tax in the area specified in column (4) thereof and their headquarters shall be at the places specified in column (5) of the said table :-
