MADHYA PRADESH VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2002 - NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 3 and Section 3-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002) and supersession in this Department's Notification F. No. A-3-1-2010-1-V (39) dated 26th February, 2010 the State Government, hereby, appoints the officers mentioned in column (2) of the table below as Appellate Authority specified in column (3) and specify that such officers shall exercise all the powers and perform all the duties conferred or imposed on the Appellate Authority by or under this Act in respect of the appeals arising out of the orders passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Commercial Tax in the area specified in column (4) and their headquarters shall be at places specified in column (5) of the said table :—

2. This notification shall be effective from 1st April, 2011.
