WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Commercial Tax, Madhya Pradesh is satisfied that it is necessary so to do with a view to prevent or vcheck evasion of tax under the Madhya Pradesh VAT Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002);

Now, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 57 of the Madhya Pradesh VAT Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the Commissioner, Commercial Tax, hereby sets up temporary check post and erects barrier at the place specified in the schedule below;

(2) This check post is setup for a period of six months from 1st September, 2011.

In the said Notification, in the Schedule, for serial numbers 6 and 10 and entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries relating thereto shall be substituted, namely :-
