In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (5) of Section 5 of the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 (74 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) number S.O. 776(E), dated the 7th June, 2005, published in Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 7th June, 2005, namely:--

In the said notification, for the words "and Air Sahara", the words ",Air Sahara and Air India Express" shall be substituted.
