In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 10-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this department's Notification No. FA-3-15-2011-1-V (19), dated 1st April, 2011, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, for the word "four", the word "five" shall be substituted.

2. This amendment shall be deemed to have come into force for 16th April, 2011.
