In exercise of the powers conferred by section 96 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government hereby constitutes the Tax Settlement Board. The Board shall consist of the following, namely:-

1. Retired Judge, Rajasthan High Court Chairperson

2. Retired Judicial Officer not below the rank of District Judge Member

3. Additional Commissioner of the Commercial Taxes Service Member
