In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 30 of the Tamil Nadu Value Added Tax Act, 2006 (Tamil Nadu Act 32 of 2006), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following variation to the Commercial Taxes and Registration Department Notification No.II(l)/CTR/13/2009, published at page 20 in Part II- Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 10^th June 2009:-

VARIATION.

In SI. No.6 of the said Notification, for the expression "Information Technology products, namely, i-pod, MP3 and MP4 players", the expression "Information Technology products, namely, MP3 and MP4 players" shall be substituted.

2. The amendments hereby made shall come into force on the 12^th July, 2011.
