In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15-B of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government hereby makes the following amendment in notification No. F-10/47/2010/CT/V (64) dated 08-10-2010:-

AMENDMENT

In column (3) of the Schedule in said notification the word and figure "4 percent" the word and figure "5 percent" shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of publication in official gazette.
