In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in Schedule I appended to the said Act, with immediate effect, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule I appended to the Act, in column number 2 against serial number 126, for the existing expression "Kerosene oil sold through PDS", the expression "Kerosene oil" shall be substituted.
