In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5, of the Rajasthan Tax on Entry of Motor vehicles Act, 1999 (Act No. 13 of 1999), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby, exempts M/s Wonder Cements Ltd. Village Bhatkori, Nimbahera District Chittorgarh from payment of tax if any, under the said Act on the entry of Motor vehicles mentioned in the list given below purchased and brought into the State by Company for the purpose of use in their project at Village Bhatkori, Nimbahera District Chittorgarh on the condition that such vehicles are registered in the State and the tax payable at the time of registration of these vehicles in the State has been paid to the State Government, namely:-
