In exercise of powers conferred by Sub-Section (3) of section 21 of the Rajasthan Valued Added Tax Act 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), I, Niranjan Arya, Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Rajasthan, being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby extend the date of submission of fourth Quarterly return ( i.e. for the period ending on March 31, 2011) for the year 2010-11 to be furnished by the class of registered dealers who are required to file returns electronically under the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Rules, 2006, upto 23-05-2011.
