In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3-A of the Madhya Pradesh VAT Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, appoints Shri N. K. Jain the then Divisional Deputy Commissioner, Commercial tax Khandwa Division as Appellate Authority, from the date of assuming charge as Divisional Deputy Commissioner, and confer powers to dispose off the appeal cases arising under Section 46 of the Act in Khandwa Division.
