In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15-B of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government hereby makes the following amendments in notification No. F-10/23/2011/CT/V (23C) dated 31-03-2011, with effect from 01-04-2011:-

AMENDMENT

In column (2) against S.No. 4 of the said notification after the word "Lobhan" the word "Gangajal" shall be added.
