In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 23, read with Section 13 of the Jharkhand Value Added Tax Act 2005 (as amended by Amendment Act no.3 of 2008 and Jharkhand Ordinance No.02, 2011), the Governor of Jharkhand is pleased to amend Part-B, Part-C, Part-D and Part-E of the Schedule-II and insert a new Part as Part - F in Schedule II of the Act in the following manner: -
