In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15-A of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government hereby makes the following amendments in part-II of Schedule-II of the said Act:-

AMENDMENT

In column (3) against S.No. (b) of 10 and S.No. 40 in part-II of the Schedule-II for the figure "4" the figure "5" shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall effect from 15th April, 2011.
