In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (NO. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, appoints Additional Commissioners, Commercial Tax mentioned in column (2) of the table below as Appellate Authority for the area specified in column (3), This responsibility shall be in additional to their responsibilities:-
