In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat (Amendment) Act, 2011, the State Government, hereby, appoints the 16-4-11 as the date on which the provision of section 23(ii) of the said amending Act shall come into force.
