MADHYA PRADESH VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2002 - NOTIFICATION

Body Notification No. A-6(A)-68-2010-1-V(30), Dated 1st April, 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 3 of the Madhya Pradesh VAT Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), and in supersession of the department Notification No. A-6(A)-32-2007-1-V dated 11th August, 2008, the State Government, hereby, directs that the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Table below shall exercise such powers as may be conferred and perform such duties as may be imposed by or under the said Act, in the area specified in column (4) thereof and their headquarter shall be at the places specified in column (5) of the said Table :

This notification shall be effective from 1 April, 2011
