In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 3 of the Madhya Pradesh VAT Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government hereby, makes the following amendment in this department's Notification No. A-3-195-2005-1-V(30), dated 31st March, 2006 read with Notification No. A-5-8-79-ST-V(31), dated 3rd September, 1979 :

AMENDMENT

In the Schedule to the said notification, for serial numbers 14, 15, 23 and 24, 25 and 26, 33B, 37, 42, 43, 45, 56, 59 and 60, 69, 70 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries relating thereto shall be substituted, namely :
