In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 5 of the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 (74 of 1956), the Central Government hereby specifies M/s. Aryan Cargo Express (P.) Ltd., A-87/88, Road No. 4, Mahipalpur Extention, New Delhi 110037 and Deccan 360 (Deccan Cargo and Express Logistics Pvt. Ltd.) having its registered office at Embassy Square, #148, Infantry Raod, Bangalore-560001 as "designated Indian carrier" for the purpose of the said sub-section.
