Notification No. SRO 112.- Dated 31st March, 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Jammu and Kashmir General Sales Tax Act, 1962, the Government hereby exempt the installation of Poly Houses and Green Houses for farmers, for farming activities, from payment of tax leviable under the said Act.

This notification shall come into force w.e.f. 01.04.2011.
