In exercise of the powers conferred by entry 45 of Schedule II to the Gujarat Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Guj. 1 of 2005), the Government of Gujarat hereby amends the Government Notification, Finance Department No. (GHN-12) VAT-2009/SCH-II/ (45) (1)/TH, dated the 1st August, 2009 as follows, namely:-

In the TABLE appended to the said notification, in the entry at serial No. 20, in fifth column, the words "car telephone", "transportable telephone", "cellular telephone" shall be deleted
