In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 15-B of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government hereby makes the following amendment with effect from 01-04-2011:-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule to the Notification No. F-10/26/2010/CT/V(29) dated 26-03-2010, in column (2) against S. No. 2, for the words "Fried grams and" shall be omitted.

2. In the following notifications for the figure "2011" related to period of the notification the figure "2012" shall be substituted :
