In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 15-A of the Chattisgarh Value Sdded Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government hereby makes the following amendments in Part II of schedule II of the said Act with effect from 1st April, 2011:-

AMENDMENT

In column (3) against S. No. (b) of 10 and S. No. 40 in Part II of the Schedule II for the figure "4" the figure "5" shall be substituted.
