In exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 20-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby extends the date of filing of returns/ revised returns, pertaining to the year 2009-10, as specified in sub-clause (ii) of clause (a) of the said sub-section, with an interest payable in accordance with the provisions of clause (a) of sub-section (4) of section 18, upto 28-02-2011.
